Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled by Cantu Family Farms, LLC.


Eligibility Window

  • You may request a return or refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original parts/packaging

  • Any item returned without prior approval


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

If confirmed, we will provide one of the following:

  • Replacement (preferred when available), or

  • Refund to the original payment method


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Refund timing depends on your bank/provider, typically 3–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective/damaged item confirmed).


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item / defective / damaged), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label (where available).

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you need a different item/version, the fastest option is usually:

  1. return the original item (if eligible), then

  2. place a new order.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not started processing.

  • If you request cancellation after processing/shipping begins, it will be treated as a return request under this policy.
